Quito, October 7, 2011

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM OF STRENGTHENING AND MODERNIZATION OF TAX ADMINISTRATION OF PARAGUAY

  • The Ministry of Finance of Paraguay, with funding from the Inter-American Development Bank will finance the Strengthening and Modernization of the II Tax Administration. And invites eligible consultants from Ecuador to participate in the tender to provide services for the revision and Update of the Financial Management System.

Interested consultants must provide the following information:

  • Cover Letter for Expression of Interest
  • Identification of the Applicant (Form No. 1 and 2)
  • Details of experience in similar services performed individually or in association with other firms of at least 5 (five) years of work done in the areas of Public Financial Management, Computer components. (Form No. 3). The term similar services means: a) Experience in reengineering business processes; b) Experience in development, and ultimately, implementation of Integrated Management Systems for Public Sector; c) Development of the Administrative Manual; d ) Certification CMMI level 3 at least
  • Financial Situation (Form No. 4);
  • Legal Documents (Form No. 5) and any other information that the applicant considers relevant to complement the information presented. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

Consultants will be selected according to the procedures outlined in the Policies for the Selection and Employment of Consultants financed by the Inter-American Development Bank, current edition, and it is open to all bidders from countries of origin that are eligible, as specified in policies.
