May 15, 2012.- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Integration regretted the death of the Ecuadorian student, Marco Santiago Bustamante, last Sunday in the Brazilian city Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná State, southern Brazil border. May 10, 2012.- The South American Defense Council, met in Quito this afternoon, presented the South American defense expenditure record, prepared by the Center for Strategic Defense (CEED).
